Songbird Retreat Venue Package
Exclusive 2-day hire of Songbird Retreat, a boutique venue in Matheson Bay, Matakana, with a capacity of 150 guests. Set on 4.5 acres of landscaped gardens, featuring lily ponds, streams, a white rose arbour, and native bush. The venue includes atmospheric lighting, BYO with no corkage charges, coach parking, a heli-pad, and toilets.
Marquee & Service Packages
A 10x21m clear roof marquee with fairy lights, plus recommended vendor lists for alternative marquee options. Furniture package includes chairs, plinths, tables, and a PA system. The service package offers BYO savings, catering lists, day-of coordination, and servers for setup and pack-down. Optional extras: furniture, dance floors, additional day hire, Songbird Cottage, and wedding planners (POA).
STAY WITH US
Songbird Cottage is within the grounds of Songbird Retreat and easy walking distance to the wedding venue. A luxurious bridal suite offering newlyweds a chance to slip away at the end of the night and sink into a sumptuous super-king sized bed, without having to leave the premises.
After the last guests disappear and the music fades, relax into a bubble bath for two with only the twinkling stars and moonlit skies above.
